Why Ascend?
Many things are pulling for our time and attention that it can be difficult to find time to have a sense of peace.
With the world is rapidly changing around us, we get exhausted and depleted and wonder where all of our energy has gone and if we will ever find time for ourselves.
Now more than ever, we need to be purposeful to grow spiritually. That's why I created Ascend.
Ascend is a 12-week group coaching program that consists of:
- Weekly training video lesson and assignment
- Online meeting once a week with likeminded Christian women
- Group encouragement
We will study topics like identity, fasting, quiet time, forgiveness, and so much more.

I have been in ministry leadership for my entire adult life, and I didn't have a lot of opportunity to receive ministry myself. I always felt like I needed to "be on" for the sake of others, and never felt the freedom to allow my own hurt to show.

I'm Diana.
I've walked with the Lord since I was 13 years old, but only in the last 13 years have I known Him more tangibly. This came about as I sought Christ diligently as a prayer minister and Christian therapist and I can say that I have indeed tasted and seen that the Lord is good.
My heart burns to see more women come into their full identity as daughters of the King.
I have longed for spiritual mentors mentors in my life and the Lord told me to become what I have prayed for.
If you want to step into deeper spiritual matters like intimacy with the Lord and seeing signs and wonders follow, I invite you to join me for this 12 week journey. I have set aside 3 months to walk exclusive with you and impart to you what I carry.
Diana has a MasterĀ of Arts in Family Psychology from Hardin-Simmons University, is a Texas Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and inner healing prayer ministry facilitator.
